Sue Garvin moved to Yucca
Valley in 1983 as a California Highway Patrol Officer and knows the
Morongo Basin area well. Due to an injury she unfortunately had to retire
from the CHP, becoming a full-time licensed Realtor in 1997. Sue
absolutely loves helping others buy and sell real estate in this area.
Sue
is married to Bill Garvin who owns and operates Bill Garvin Plumbing and they
have three children, two of which are pictured to
the right. In 2002, Sue completed her BA
Degree in Social Science, and holds a college certificate to teach
Driver's Education as of December 2003.
Sue understands the importance of home ownership, rental
ownership, and fulfilling your dreams in the real estate market. Her and
her husband Bill have acquired several properties here in the Morongo
Basin from apartments and rental houses which they have remodeled together.
They also bought and remodeled an old 1956 hotel, duplex, and adobe
style home into a commercial complex complete with mining town theme,
wooden boardwalks, authentic mining equipment and artistic murals covering
the walls.
Her hobbies include traveling with the family, camping,
fishing, baseball, watching her son & daughter play sports, and reading.
